Concesionarios cercanos (Medford, NY)

We found this dealership through CarGurus and initially had a great experience. They were eager to help—until we started asking questions about pricing, dealer add-ons, and financing. We let them know we would be using our own financing because their rate was significantly higher, and their communication completely changed. I called and left multiple messages before getting a response. Several times I was told they needed to “check on something” and would call me back, but they never did. We were serious, eager buyers and simply wanted straightforward answers. Ultimately, we gave up and bought a vehicle elsewhere. It’s incredibly frustrating that a dealership would lose a ready-to-buy customer because we asked questions, declined add-ons, and chose our own financing. Very disappointing experience.

Experience with the staff was fine. The vehicle was listed for $40,000 on the website but at the time of potential purchase the price was $48,000. It was very misleading that the $40,000 price tag was after an $8000 deposit. I went through a lot of phone calls and financing. Hoops for nothing. In my opinion when I’m looking for a vehicle, I’m looking for the price to be listed accurately. I don’t need to look through several computer screens to find out that the listed price was after an $8000 down payment. I’m not sure if this is the standard, but Buyer beware. It looks like a nice vehicle in the staff was generally helpful but it seems a bit shady to me to do business that way.
