I would do this process all over again if I needed too. Passport Mazda in Suitland, Md, Rodney, everyone. Was great.

The experience with the staff was excellent from sales team to the finance people. Special thanks to Chris who actually drove the car to me a few hundred miles away but above all the professionalism the courtesy.

Worst experience ever. My first question to been was if they offered shipping, to which they said yes. Called a 3rd party shipper, gave me the cost to ship. So i then filed out the credit app. I was then approved, but in reality they ended up wanting 6699 down on a 8400 dollar car. They sent me the proposal which included shipping cost, 5000 down and a total price of 6558.95 for financing. I agreed to these terms and they were suppose to send the loan papers for me to sign. After a week i finally contact a sales manager who then tries to tell me they don't offer shipping, refuse to ship and want an Adiditional 1600 down. So, after wasting a week of my time, taking a hit on my credit from the credit check, and already receiving the proposal with all the numbers, they completely go back on our original agreement and terms. I have the proposal, all our text messages and emails from our correspondance. I would NOT recommend purchasing from here!

We made a deal verbally. They took my information, ran credit check, and said they will send paperwork by Docusign. Paperwork never came and sold to another customer

Excellent experience. Two hour drive to get there, and as we left 2 dogs at home, asked to expedite the process as much as possible. They certainly did that and allowed us to defer signing most of the papers when we got the car. As my wife was hit by a reckless driver and rolled 3 1/2 times, she still is not driving and recovering , so they gracefully accommodated my request to deliver the car to us. We were not charged for that. Car was immaculate, as advertised, and everything we wanted. Longest, and best test drive I have ever doneWe were able to sign the rest of the papers in our house when it was delivered. Salesman was very helpful when we were at the dealership, and when he delivered the car. Answered all of my questions, and provided videos on some items.

Transaction was very smooth and their staff were very professional and helpful. Will do business again for sure !

Good communication and nice people

My experience was good I think the car is way overpriced though for the year.

The general manager and two sales associates contacted me in response to my interest. Everybody was enthusiastic and wanting so much to be helpful. I made an appointment to check out the Miata on offer. I drove 38 miles to the dealership which had advertised a red soft top convertible. When I arrived it turned out to be a gray hardtop convertible. A classic bait-and-switch? Perhaps. The sales associate’s reaction was a shrug and a mumbled apology. I left the general manager a VM but never heard from him again. The next day the dealer’s website had been changed to show a gray hardtop for sale. I’ve deleted Heritage Mazda of Catonsville from my used Miata search file.
