I drove 300+ miles for an appointment to test drive. The vehicles details were stated as manual transmission. It was NOT a standard. Salesman acted as if it was my mistake, until I showed him the websites details. He then brushed it off as a website listing error. It was indeed an error that Scott should have noticed before the test drive appt was confirmed by him via email.

Their were responsive and kind. However, CAREFUL with the dealer installed “care packaged” which cost close to an extra $2000. When I asked to remove the price from the quote I receive I was told all cars have it installed and cannot be removed. This isn’t told to you upfront, which is not transparent. They have their used cars priced low, but then hit you with the additional $2k from their so-called “care package”. Transparency is important!
