I got beat to the punch and the car was already sold on that day before I was able to hammer out a deal. But other than that Hawk Mazda has been very professional to deal with. I'd definitely buy a car from them in the future if available at the right price!

The communication and transparency of this dealership feels a lot different from other, more positive, experiences I had. The first interaction I had via text, I was met with so many "we're really busy today" kinds of messages, which feels like a sales tactic gone wrong. I had to ask 3 times for the actual service record of the car vs. their summary of the assessment/ their word for it. And after reading other reviews about their used car, it just raised some internal flags. It has low miles, which is great, but I've found that most dealerships offer this information straight away, aren't cagey and weird about it, and still do some kind of prep work on their cars prior to sale. I just don't get good vibes, overall, hence the low rating and I don't feel good about using them as a dealer.
