Angel was in constant communication but when we showed up at the dealership (at the time I said I would be there and that he confirmed) he was nowhere to he found. We sat for ten minutes with no one helping us. Test drove the car and I will preface this by saying I am not a car person - there was so clearly something wrong with this car. It was shaking above 50 mph and every time you came to a stop and started again the car would struggle. Before driving it, I asked why it had been sitting on the lot and the response was "I guess no one is looking for a 2014 RAV4 right now". Sir, this is one of the most popular cars you can get. Just a huge waste of time.

They added in a bunch of backend dealership add ons that they don't advertise in the price on Cargurus like a GPS tracker or some kind of upholstery warranty thing. We couldn't agree on a price so I walked out and thanked them for their time. As I was walking out my salesman gave a sarcastic comment about my offer saying that if I could find a Miata for that price let them know, they'll buy 2! Also I didn't even get to test drive the car because the battery was dead. They put a new battery in but the car was sitting on the lot for so long I think the computer went into sleep mode and the techs took awhile to look at it to figure out how to get it going. Sat there about 45min waiting to test drive it but nothing. I took a look at it in the shop section and pointed out that there was a scratch in the bumper. The salesman tried to play it off like it was only a $50 to $100 repair. So they wanted me to pay top dollar for a damaged product that I couldn't even test drive!

Unlike the other dealers I went to I had a great experience at Biggers and would highly recommend them. Pricing was very transparent, they were spot on for trade in value and financing paperwork was done quickly.

My sales person, Matthew, was excellent. He was very upfront with the options and pricing and made the whole process seamless.

The communication and transparency of this dealership feels a lot different from other, more positive, experiences I had. The first interaction I had via text, I was met with so many "we're really busy today" kinds of messages, which feels like a sales tactic gone wrong. I had to ask 3 times for the actual service record of the car vs. their summary of the assessment/ their word for it. And after reading other reviews about their used car, it just raised some internal flags. It has low miles, which is great, but I've found that most dealerships offer this information straight away, aren't cagey and weird about it, and still do some kind of prep work on their cars prior to sale. I just don't get good vibes, overall, hence the low rating and I don't feel good about using them as a dealer.

Thomas was absolutely the best to work with. Ended up buying from out of state and his response to my questions and text were prompt. Communication was great through the whole process. Awaiting for my car to be delivered tonight…. I’ll update if there are any issues but I believe it left their lot at the condition the pictures show
