The salesman I dealt with was very nice. I applied for a loan with my bank which I was approved for. I was even contacted by the manager who said they wanted to make sure everything went smoothly. I called on Monday to let them know the loan was approved and I got an email from the manager letting me know they don't do out-of-state sales. I was dumbfounded because I told the salesman I was from out of state and I planned to go to the dealership and drive the car back home. So now my credit has a ding from the approved load and I have no car. I exchanged a few messages with the manager. He was not helpful at allâworst experience ever with a dealership.

JJ was great and worked with my every step of the way, though I had to follow up a few times there was never added pressure. He was also transparent about the cars issue. However the manager at the last moment jacked about the price far beyond fair market value, I pity whoever actually buys the 2010 Hyundai accent. Because it’s going to need some work, and if you’re spending $9k on a used car chances are you won’t have money to fix those problems!

Was highly considering a purchase, however the vehicle did sell before I could schedule a time to see it. Still, everyone I talked to was great, and they called me personally to tell me that the car sold. I will lost definitely keep this dealership in mind for the future.
