I came on a saturday and got a quote after a test drive. The quote was out of my comfort zone but I liked the vehicle enough to really bend on it. When I reached out that evening with a final question, as well as a notification that I was actually very interested, the sales rep ghosted me until monday when the dealership opened again. I understand not wanting to work outside of office hours, but answering a text an hour after close, for someone looking to stretch their budget and drop 25k on a car, shouldn't be a huge ask. Ultimately, I elected not to respond when they got back in touch monday. I didn't feel like the service was there. Second star is because the manager, when I spoke to him in person, seemed to be a straight shooter.

They quoted me a price around $ 5000 more than listed on Car Gurus didn't get back to me when I bought it to their attention and then got back to me saying the vehicle wasn't available. I was totally disappointed with this dealership

My experience with Greenway Mazda was frustrating and unprofessional. I clearly asked for the full out-the-door price including all fees and dealer add-ons because I was comparing vehicles. Instead of providing the information, my request was ignored and the conversation kept getting redirected to financing terms. It felt like they were avoiding a simple and reasonable request for transparent pricing. If a dealership cannot provide a basic price breakdown when asked, it raises concerns about transparency. I expected better communication and respect for a potential customer’s time.
