Car showed up as a trade in with photos coming soon that I found on line. Was going to look at it after talking with the sales person. Then he called me back that the car was going to auction. After that phone call the car showed up with photo's still for sale. I drove out to look at it on a Sunday, they are closed on Sunday. I found the car in the very back and it seemed okay, it had rust on the underside passenger side. I reached back out about the 300D and the sales person told me the car was un safe and going to auction. This is 2026 not the early 2000's. One would think this 300D would have been taken off the website. I just looked and it is no longer on line, took several days for it to be taken down.

Dealership staff was friendly and nice. Price and communication were excellent.

It was great but the truck sold before I could go see it.

They found a pickup I really liked.

They spend too much time trying to get the sale that they rotate you for Sales person to Sales person while a manager also reaches out nobody communicates with each other so you have five different people talking to you all from different avenues. It got so bad to the point when I told one person I was coming in on Friday I still got calls throughout the week emails throughout the week trying to schedule when I was coming in even though I had already told them I texted the number that apparently went to everybody and anybody and nobody was keeping track of this. I got so bad to the point that I just didn’t do it anymore. I didn’t go down to take a look at the vehicle because of the lack of communication and professional professionalism.
