I think this was the dealer that I was talking to Thursday or Friday. She called and I forget her name maybe anyway she was a shorter trip because the other dealership was out in Jersey 2 1/2 hours away and she made a deal to me over the phone But I wind up not being able to make it that was it Friday Saturday and Sunday you were closed so is every Dillard that I tried to contact that day is sort of the same car that I was looking at and I’m back at work and I don’t get off till eight in the morning so hopefully this is the right dealer once I remember the young lady’s name

Bait and switch. They answer the phones from home after hours and have no idea if something has been sold or not, but still continue to set up an appointment for you to drive an hour to get there. Even after 3 days, I still have someone sending emails saying “Sorry we missed you”. You didn’t miss me, I was there and you didn’t even know it. Give me a small dealership anyday over these big conglomerates where you are just a $ number on a piece of paper.

Tom Branco was the first representative I spoke with over the phone. He was very professional and courteous. He not only checked the inventory status, but asked to place me on hold while he physically checked the location of the car. Tom came back on the line and confirmed that the vehicle was in the front lot and at my request scheduled a test drive appointment. Prior to the appointment, I commenced completing the online intake information. On Saturday morning (12/20/25) I met Tom Branco at the dealership and he brought me over to the vehicle. Without hesitation, Tom proceeded to go over every detail of the car. He even took the time to demonstrate bringing down the top and how it stowed away neatly . We came back from test drive and he brought me upstairs to enjoy a cup of freshly ground coffee and we closed the deal.
