I called about a 2011 Rav4 that was listed as having frame damage. Alvaro answered and told me it had a fender bender and the front bumper was replaced but the car was perfectly functional. I also asked about rust and he said there was no rust on the car. Driving down from Vermont, I was happy to see that he was honest on both counts. The car's Undercarriage is clean and it drove well, and I purchased it. It took a little while for the title to finally be sent over, but I am very happy with the vehicle and feel lucky to have found it!

I regret the day I entered this dealership. There was pressure from both Mark and the finance guy. They are very unresponsive. They sold me a car that I have to spend $100 gas a week. They took my subaru at 16k now they want some unsuspecting person to take it for 19k. They do not care for their customers. It's all about money to them. Please and please stay away. The worst dealership in the Middlesex sex area.
