Concesionarios cercanos (Marietta, GA)

It was great at first, got timely responses. Was able to visit dealership amd test drive loved the car. Gave me good numbers and told them id be back early the following week as I had 3 other dealerships with similar cars. I decided the one they had was the best fit so I called backand made an appt to come back. I filled out credit app to show I was serious and unfortunately thir credit union did not approve us. Apparently this dealership only had 2 lenders and although I was pre approved with cap one they dont accept cap one. I reached out to see if how we could still make a deal but got np response. So basically since I didn't qualify with their credit union they ghosted me. Just horrible customer service. I ended up going to another dealership a few miles away and had no problem using my pre approval for similar car made my purchase and was seamless. Not sure how IQautos has such great reviews im guessing they are padding them with theor own reviews.

Wanted to look at a vehicle from this shop and had called and attempted to reach out but never heard from anuoje so decided to just go to the shop during their normal business hours and no one was there.

Really honest nice guy. Unfortunately the car was sold. It was my fault. I should have called ahead. They are going to look out for a cat I’d like.

Salesman Ian was frustrated and rude towards the end as I was leaving and decided not to purchase the vehicle. Radio was not wrking and an air pressure light was on. I did not buy the car. I feel it was overpriced for a used Nissan when I saw some for cheaper as I shopped and looked around at other places, plus the radio was not working.

They are very nice people. But they did not accurately represent the car's conditions. And they have delayed processing and providing the title deed. We bought our car 6 weeks ago and still do not have the title. Furthermore, they are entirely unresponsive to communications. They evade our phone calls or ask for our patience. All we need is the title number, and they are not providing that.
