My wife and I were shopping for a 2024 Honda Accord and we came across a car at Alpha GMC and made arrangements to see Jimi Basiletti. It was a two hour drive each way but the car was priced right- in fact, it was downright cheap for the condition, mileage, and trim. I had an opportunity to speak with Jimi and with the general manager of the dealership over the phone before we went and both seemed like straight shooters and no-nonsense guys so we made the drive. I am so glad we did!! We got more for our trade than we expected, and Jimi and Brian Turner in finance worked to get us a really outstanding interest rate that was better than we had calculated in our budget. The car was priced so well that we did not haggle out of basic decency. The car was clean and fresh, and Jimi went out of his way to remove the ugly "Honda" banner that the previous owner put on the top of the windshield with vinyl lettering. He also came through by mailing the second key to me- outstanding service!

Spitzer Motors Dealership in Ontario, Ohio communicated well and accurately. Initially they added on over $1000 of fees, i.e. Ikon security ~$800, documentation fees, $400, etc. The Dealership representative then said they'd eliminate the Ikon, but could not bend on the price point. I did not make a cash buy.

My experience here was great! The men who run this dealership do a very good job and very good customer service that made me feel very comfortable and willing to get the vehicle that I was looking for and now enjoy! Thank you I will tell others about it because it was a very good experience.
