The experience with the staff was good but the transparency for the price, not many hid costs and in the publication said the delivery price was included in the total price. They want to charge me around $800 for delivery.

Showed up and the sales person immediately asked what car I was there to see when I told her she tried to tell me that I was there to see a different car and when I said no I was there for the Nissan she asked me if I was sure I said yes and she said she would bring it around after 20min she came back with the car and told us that there was no ac, said that she will be back came back after another 10 minutes with a bunch of other keys typed some info into her computer said she would be right back next thing i know the branch manager is speaking with us he never once tried speaking with me even though I was the one there to buy a car he only spoke with my boyfriend anytime I tried to speak he would direct the attention back to him he then proceeded to go to his office to run “credit applications” we were there for over an hour and a half never once got to even look at the car. I work at a credit union I know it doesn’t take that long to apply them.

Listed Price of vehicle was good but bogus dealer fees raised price to just average. Did not purchase because of this.

Terrible. The worst communication. No follow up from the dealership when I tried to inquire. After multiple tries. Was told it was still waiting on parts. But then nothing else. I’ve sent emails, calls, and texts. Just a really bad experience. And apparently it’s been sold. But never got any details on what was going on.
