Extremely poor customer service. Salesman lied to me. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. The car was described as “pampered with showroom shine”. I went through the process of gaining them my information for a deposit until I could get over to see it. The salesman then told Mr it had scratches on the bumper. Obviously the showroom shine had disappeared. He said he would approval to fix it and call me on Tuesday. I called and he told me it was in the shop and he would check on it. He then texted me back that the car had been sold to someone else “as is”. So holding it for me and “it was in the shop” was just not true, I would never buy a car from this dealership. They obviously can’t be trusted.

Offered me the lowest low ball offer I've ever had on my Range Rover Supercharged; even when I showed them offers from other dealerships $10K higher. Would never buy deal with them again. Insulting to the intellect of a high end car buyer. I'd expect this "throw the low ball" from a discount used car lot; not a Porsche dealership and I was a Porsche owner for 2 decades and owned more than a half dozen Porsches.

Excellent experience overall, very satisfied with them. I didn’t buy the car I went to look at but actually found something I liked even more and purchased that with Offlease.
