I’ve bought many many cars over the years, one of the worst experiences ever. The entire staff was dismissive. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon. Looked at a used Mercedes, the sales person asked me one question, my price range. Then silence. I called back on Monday morning spoke with a sales manager about two cars, told him I was ready to buy, cash deal. He said he’d check on the vehicles and call me right back. Never heard from him and that afternoon I bought a Mercedes from another dealer. These individuals need some serious sales training.
