I texted them a screenshot from cargurus of the car asking if it was available they responded that they would check then the responded again that it was available. When got there they showed me the car said it was not available cause of a busted transmission,and that it was going to be auctioned.Then tried to sell me a car with 80k more miles messed up paint torn up interior the car was a piece of junk for the same price as the car I was interested in after explaining to the salesperson that he was basically insulting my intelligence. He tried to sell me his personal car. It was a waste of time and a horrible experience.

Had an appointment to see the truck which I was told was available but when I showed up I was told it was sold and they tried to put me in a truck that was almost double the price

I received communication from the salesman almost immediately after inquiring about a certain vehicle. He helped me get the price I needed for the vehicle I was after and kept me updated on paperwork, financing, the works. They had the truck waiting for me with a bow and all. The staff was great, friendly, and very helpful. I will definitely recommend people to use Bert Ogden CDJR.

Dealer was great a good down to earth person. Extremely humble and very nice gentleman. I was with my grandson and dealer was careful to attend to him like if he was his own . Thanks even though we were not able to purchase the Toyota. Good place to go if you’re looking for something reliable.
