I didn’t end up purchasing from the dealer, as it wasn’t quite what I was looking for, but J o e could not have been nicer or more accommodating, he was not pushy at all and even came in 1/2 Hr before their regular opening hours to accommodate my schedule and a test drive…that’s A+ customer service in my book!

The dealer contacted me both by telephone and by email and both times were very courteous. I would very much love to do business with them, and my hope is that, based on the description of the Toyota Tundra I am looking for and described in both my email and telephone conversation, they will find one among their various dealerships and we can work out a deal. The fact is I am 70 years old and this will probably be the last vehicle I ever buy. To that end, I know what I want and when I find it I am definitely going to buy it.
