We asked before making the drive if there was any rust and they said just surface rust. It clearly had rust and more than just surface rust!!! The engine was also making a sound. Not a good experience and a waste of our time.

Made a same day appointment for a car we had been looking for at a good price. We made the full hour drive, but car was not available when we showed up as it was out for an extended lunch test drive that supposedly could go on for hours. We left, but got a text later that evening saying the car was still available and wondering if we were interested. It became clear in the text exchange we were cash buyers. Immediately, the car was supposedly committed to another customer. I realize that selling a loan has significant value for a car that is easy to sell, but this kind of nonsense is in no business' best interest if they want to appear as a serious business for what is a large purchase in every family. If you live next door, knock yourself out, but if you are making a drive to see a car you should question if your time is not more valuable and steer well clear.
