While my salesperson was excellent—friendly, professional, and very easy to work with—I was disappointed with a few aspects of the overall experience. The trade‑in value offered for my vehicle was lower than expected, and the purchase process took a significant amount of time, as I was at the dealership from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Additionally, although I was provided with two key fobs, only one worked once I got home. I replaced the battery as a troubleshooting step, but it became clear that the second fob was incorrect. Finally, when I received my newly detailed vehicle, it had only a quarter‑tank of gas. I was told this was standard practice, but given that this was a new purchase, I found that disappointing.

They are a no-nonsense car dealer that works with you and treat you with respect and don't give you the runaround when it comes to doing the math. they also shopped interest rates for us and even beat our local credit Union

I will buy from them again, they put on new rotors for free due to a brake spot on the rotors. Highly recommend them.

Asked all the right questions when calling and before making the 2 hour trip and when we arrived there, vehicle wasn't ready AND the engine light was on. When asked the code for the light the salesman said 'misfire'. There was no need to go any further. We have been looking for a long time and shooting the whole afternoon for a vehicle that was supposed to be ready to go was a huge disappointment.
