Hello, my personal experience was with Asan!! Let me just tell you that he is the Best!!! He made the car buying experience the best for me. The original car that I wanted was sold but Asan went above and beyond to find another car for me and it turned out to be better.

Land Rover South Bay dealership did really an excellent job in both selling and trade-in the cars transactions.

I was fully ready to buy the truck, but the experience at this dealership was disappointing. The truck itself had scuff marks all over both sides, which was already concerning. When I sat down to discuss numbers, the staff was very unhelpful and insisted on running my credit before even showing me any pricing details. After finally coming back with numbers, the interest rate they offered was extremely high. I explained that I had already been approved elsewhere for nearly half that rate, and their response was basically, “Then go with yours.” The whole interaction made it feel like I was wasting their time instead of being a serious buyer. In the end, I left because another dealer reached out to me and was much more professional and willing to work with me.
