Not really sure how to explain how bad of customer service I received here. Was trying to get basic numbers on a car over the phone so I could make an offer. I wasn’t even trying to haggle, just give me the numbers and I’ll agree to it. I live outside the area and had worked out shipping to get the car. Day 2 of reaching out I was told the car sold. Day 3 I was called and told that was a mistake. I again said just send me the numbers and I will formally make an offer. Promised to have the numbers by the end of the day I still received nothing. Day 4: I was called and told I would receive numbers followed up by a text that said within 20 minutes. Toward the end of the working day I was called and told the car sold. Not sure why I was putting such an effort into giving these people money. They obviously are not up front and are working various angles.
