I had the 2020 rx350L shipped from Utah and paid for the shipping ($699) and traded my 2021 Outback touring XT for the deposit on the Lexus. Associates at Caramax were pleasant and veery helpful with the puirchase. The whole purchase only took 1hr and 45min from start to finish. Last car I bought 6hrs. Very enjoyable experience. Carmax is a huge place with hundreds of acars to choose from, so if you are looking for a the car of your dreams you will find it there. All makes and models to choose from.

Car was not in working order. Stalled when sales staff pulled it out for us to test drive. We were unable to test drive it. Have never heard what is wrong with the car. Also, when we walked into the dealership, we had to wait at least 20 minutes to even talk to any sales staff. When finally "helped" by the sales staff, the salesperson started with asking us canned questions from a questionaire such as "what car are you driving right now" It was very impersonal and a waste of time.
