It was a total waste of time, drove over an hour to get to the dealership to find out the price of the car double in price, there was damage to the wheel. And I they tell me the price was a typo. Even though I have email confirmation say the price was the lower price. Just bad business from that dealership

Having purchased maybe 20 cars for personal and business in my life so far, I can honestly say that Tri-County Lexus was the worst dealership that I have ever worked with. Initial purchase was fine, but like so many other reviewers have stated, the follow up is a disaster. I would never purchase a car from these guys again. So disorganized, no plates, still no key I was promised, and being bounced from place to place. They own the Toyota dealership across the highway and don't seem to understand why people would rather buy a Lexus. If you speak to a manager like I did, follow up calls result in surly responses from the phone receptionists. They will also tell you different stories talking themselves into confusion with their own lies. Glad I called from my offices recorded line! Stay away from these guys. They are a joke.

The finance manager was terrible wasn’t trying to work out a deal. Wouldn’t work with me told me the delivery fee was 1000 not what car gurus said. And they wouldn’t work with me on money down. Terrible communication. Terrible salesman ship
