AVOID NALLEY!! NO INTEGRITY. - Drove car and liked it but it was comparably priced to a car I was looking at elsewhere. Couldn't agree on price so I left. I reconsidered, came to an agreement to buy over a text w/ Marcus McDonald. Returned to the Nalley 15 min later w/ CASH to pay in full. He and mgr Marquis Williams wouldn't honor the agreement until someone who had NOT already driven the vehicle test drove it. Marquise opted to anger me, WITH an agreement AND ALL CASH, than another person who had yet to drive it. I left very upset. 30 min later, they called me to say the other deal failed. I agreed to buy contingent on agreed repairs. Later Marquise texted that car was fixed, good to go. Set appt for 9A. 1hr later, he texted it WAS SOLD!! ALL THIS knowing I was also buying a new car for my daughter. Marcus even showed me some new KONAs earlier! So, I bought her 2025 KONA within 5 days at Hyundai of Cumming. Oh, and I bought the OTHER Azera too. Dodged a bullet and so should you!

Was great customer service, took a short personal video of themselves and the lot. He let me.know the vehicle was sold over the weekend, but encouraged me to take a look at what they have.

Absolute worst dealership I’ve ever been to they had a $7000 car on the website when I got there they said it hadn’t been cleaned and the website is just what they bought the car from the other person for and the actual price of the car was gonna be $12,500.

Awesome place. Found this beautiful Redeye online, talked to Maddox about the car for 5 minutes, applied my trade in and sent me paperwork to fill out for financing. Within 30 minutes my "buying process" was finished. Drove to the dealership next day and spent all of 5 minutes in the office to pick up my copies and all and drove out of there. Beautiful car, great deal, great salesman and finance team. Couldn't ask for anything more literally!

The people seemed nice over the phone. However, the price for the car listed online was not the price the dealer was offering it at. They were priced at 12500 They also wanted to charge us 1k to ship the car to Huntsville, AL. However this site listed shipping as a little over $300. We asked about dropping the price of the car, They said no. We offered to pick the car up to avoid being overcharged for shipping. Still no deal. This went on for days. We also had a vehicle priced the same that we were approved for, less monthly payment and down payment with another dealer. This is how we knew this wasn’t a solid deal! I don’t recommend.

I arrived at the dealership on time and the sales person I spoke to and had an appointment with was over an hour late. Another sales person helped me but the store was understaffed so it was rushed. Not their fault. Some of the cars I went to see were out of gas and some of them I was not able to drive because the keys were missing. Some of the cars had been tampered with to make sure people wouldn’t steal them but that also meant I couldn’t get it started.
