I communicated directly with the finance manager and a salesperson. But only through text message. After reading the dealer disclaimer, I noticed a protection package price of $2295.00 This is not included in the listing price. Plus the obligatory “Doc” Fee of $250.00 Making the actual car price $2545.00 more than the listing price. I declined to move forward with purchasing the vehicle.

Submitted an inquiry for a walk around video showing any chips/scratches in the paint because I’m out of state. Michael called me 2 days later and asked if he could answer any questions. I repeated my initial request. He replied with “not sure I can do that. My phone has been acting up”. No attempt was made to get another salesman. Haven’t heard from them since. No worries Michael! I took my business to another out of state dealership. Avoid this place.
