I found a car online and was excited to test drive it and possibly buy it . I made an appointment at 8 am to go see the car at 12:30. I was told the car was available . I rearranged my day to go into the dealership When I arrived at 12:30 for my scheduled appointment i waited in the waiting area The salesman came over to me and said unfortunately someone was looking at the car I don’t understand why they would show the car to somebody else when they clearly made an appointment with me I was very disappointed in the lack of communication between the salesman and me . I should have either had the first right to see the car as i was clearly the first to inquire on it or the salesman should have let me know before my appointment that someone else was looking at it . I call that unethical. I will never go back to this dealership again and i will be sure to let friends and family know to stay away as well .

The staff was great. Took a little longer at the dealership than expected. Financial interest rate wasn’t communicated properly and it took quite a while for the guy who processes auto loans to take care of us because it was busy there. They only worked with one bank out of Massachusetts and we are from RI, loan didn’t go thru but they are giving us time to try and get it and holding the van.
