Over all it was fine, just a little lack of communication, was never told we had to set up an appointment to pick up vehicle, 3 1/2 hour drive to dealership then had to wait a couple hours even though we paid deposit and sent all paperwork.

terrible communication. after multiple attempts to get someone to contact me, I gave up. will never purchase a vehicle or recommend anyone for shultz

Drove 45 min there, and the car was sold when I got there. Didn't even get ahold of me ahead of time. Waste of my time and gas

Experience was terrible, they had me drive 2 hours to check out a Chevy Silverado with 5k miles, and told me there was not damage, I got there and they were trying to paint marker over a large scuff on the left bumper, and a huger gouge that when from the right passenger to the rear fender. It was obviously staged agony something like a wall. There was also impact damage to the right rear bumper that dented in the metal and broke the plastic of the step of spot on the bumper. And to put the cherry on top, the vehicle in their car guru add wasn’t even the same vehicle, it was missing the pinstripe down the body. So yeah, they brought me there for a nearly new garbage truck knowing I had a 2 hour drive. Don’t use this place. Don’t even give them a check for availability. Not worth it.

Great dealership. No problems buying the car I wanted.
