I took off work and had an Uber ride to the dealership only to find out the two salesmen I was working with both lied about the car being serviced and paint work completed. The car was dirty on the inside, not serviced and they didn’t even know where the keys were when I arrived from driving over an hour away to buy the car. Needless to say I purchased from another dealership, these guys are not honest.

Communication was lacking. Asking about current warranty as well as possible extended warranty options seemed to bother them. Communication stopped with this.

Overall good. Made an offer and we went back and forth but minimal and I got the car for what I initially offered. Easy process

This was the finest vehicle purchase experience in my lifetime, and I am 88 years old. I have purchased from Lincoln, Cadillac, Buick, Accura, Lexus and Mercedes dealers across the United States and all were good but this recent Wickström Lincoln experience was the most outstanding of all.

Talked to the salesman, he told me that he would put the car aside and I was coming the next day. Gave me a call the next day and said they had sold the car and he screwed up by not taking a deposit. I guess I didn’t realize I had to tell someone how to do their job

I contacted buss Ford to see a picture of a Tacoma pro they had listed with no pictures after several days I asked for pictures. They would not email me pictures and wanted my phone number to personally send me pictures. The entire time I just wanted to know if the truck was a pro. I declined to give my number and eventually days later the pix of the truck are finally listed. And guess what it's not a Tacoma pro like they had listed. This dealership is not a place I would ever spend a penny of my money. They are unprofessional and don't even know what they have to sell.

Excellent buying experience.

The salesman and sales manager were both very friendly and helpful. I mentioned to them I didn't have much time to spend there and they made the whole process quick and painless. I did purchase the car from them but was pretty disappointed to find out the previous owner smoked in the car. The dealership didn't seem to care when mentioned and advised me to go have it cleaned. The jeep came with rubber matts which will need to be cleaned due to the smell of smoke as well. The cloth matts are not correct for this car. They do not fit or snap into the floors. Once again, reached out to them and they were no help. I hope you do more and treat the next customer a little better. Purchasing this car was a big expense and commitment and I would have liked a little more kindness and help in a car you just sold me.
