The entire team was a pleasure to work with. I was buying out of state and Jacob made the process insanely easy. He communicated with me and was honest through the process. When we arrived after the long drive we were welcomed with refreshments and coffee and the lobby had a great play area and TV to occupy my daughter. I truly felt at home. Lots of value too. Didn't feel like just a sale. Will return when I need another car.

I had an appointment to see this vehicle. My appointment was supposed to be set up by the daughter Biondi. The next day the salesperson I was to see had no idea at all I was showing up. When I asked who I was texting with , I showed him the text. He said nothing. Oh by the way the car was sold wholesale earlier in the day. When I texted Miss Biondi she responded with it was the salesman’s fault for wholesaling the car without her knowledge. Whoa wait a minute now. Had the salesman known I was coming in the very same day the car was wholesaled. I think the salesman would have waited until AFTER I showed up to wholesale the car. I didn’t ask because I don’t believe I would have heard the truth. I went to another dealership two days later and they were extremely happy to take my business.

Had an appointment to view this car set the day prior. Upon arriving for this Jeep the dealership was finalizing a deal on it and was sold before I could even see it. Very disappointed and won’t return to Shultz Ford ever.

False pricing also very hard to get someone to respond to you. Car price says final price is $43,000 but then adds $11,000 on top for a lift and tire that’s never specified. Just a very sketchy situation. Would not recommend dealing with this dealership at all

I was skeptical about buying a car hours away that I didn’t see in person. Brayden was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions patiently and never becoming the pushy salesperson. When I made the decision to purchase, he personally drove the vehicle to me (3 hours away) at no additional cost. It wasn’t even a brand new car! He even had me to take the vehicle for a test drive to make sure I loved it before we completed the paperwork (at a local store in my hometown). Seamless from start to finish.
