I went there for the ford focus. Upon showing up the back bumper clip was breaking. Couldn't see that in photos. The ac motor was bad as well. The cv axle was bad as well. This i found out b4 the prepurchase inspection with almost no mechanical back ground. I dont even change my own oil. But I still heard a clicking. This car shouldnt have even been allowed to test drive with a clicking cv axle lol. So we come back try to negotiate and couldnt come to come to terms. My friend calls negotiates they told us 5.5k out the door tax title fees plates etc. I go back they told me no plates etc just 5.5k out the door. I know its only a few hundred but that isn't what we agreed on. Sales rep gets their manager and they proceed to make me wait 30 minutes for the manager and then they start showing the car. They were gonna make me and her bid against eachother.scummy. the car needed 1500 in repairs and theyd hardly work with us on price. Cv axle is a saftey issue when clicking. Not a luxury.

I called to verify the vehicle was still available. I was told yes, I drove there from Antioch, when I arrived the salesman said it sold yesterday. He just wanted to get me in the door to sell me something else !!

I contacted the dealership with interest in buying the vehicle. I had expressed how much I wanted it and I was unable to be there due to work. I was scheduled a time to come in picked by the dealership not me. Then notified the vehicle was sold that night after our communications. Dealership never reached out. I even let them know I was pre qualified and would start the process over the phone. Just a very unprofessional handling and I would never buy a car from them or any other Napelton dealerships not recommend them to anyone.

We recently made an appointment on Thursday afternoon to look at a vehicle on Friday morning. We drove an hour from Milwaukee, WI, and called during our travels to confirm the vehicle would be ready for a test drive. We were never told that the vehicle had been sold Thursday night, so we wasted over two hours of our time - plus expenses on gas and tolls -without the courtesy of a phone call, text or email to let us know it had sold.

I requested information online over the weekend. Ayana called Monday morning and we made plans to come in right away. I called an Uber for my mother to meet me there and both of us were enroute. Ayana called back and said the car was out to be detailed and wasn’t sure when it would come back again. I requested to be the first person to be able to see it when it was back (identical car to one my mom just lost). Ayana promised to call me as soon as it’s back on property and we would be first to see it. The next day when I checked in, I was told that the sales manager allowed someone to put money down on it Monday night even though it was still not back on property yet. It took many phone calls to talk to management - as they were not returning any calls as promised - and was told ‘that’s the car business’. This interaction was very frustrating, dishonest, unfair and incredibly unprofessional. Avoid this dealership at all cost - definition of an untrustworthy used car sales dealer!

I inquired about the vehicle cause it was listed for $58,046 and when I went it to buy the vehicle they changed the price to $86,000 and I have screenshots of them listing it for $58046 they didn’t wanna honor the price
