Concesionarios cercanos (Liberty Hill, TX)

This was the worst experience I ever had with a dealership, from the sales person to the sales manager....in my opinion the salesperson was very deceiving on our all day text messages agreeing pretty much to what I wanted, but when I talked to him on the phone and said I would be in the next day to purchase he completely backtracked on earlier messages...It was fine if they didn't want to do my deal, but he should have been upfront at the beginning and not wasted all my time and HIS. When I talked over the phone to the Sales Manager he did not see anything wrong with his salesperson's deceiving texts that I read back to him. I would highly recommend staying away from this dealership as I have purchased many cars and never been mislead so much.

The dealer contacted me and said he would send me an application for financing I never received the application and when I sent a message ask him to please send the application I didn’t get a response at all

The experience was a smooth process. I really appreciated that, since we were driving in from out of town, once they knew we were on the road, they "reserved" the car for us to look at (as that was one of my worries - that it would sell as we were traveling there). At the dealership, everyone was friendly and the car was ready and as described in the listing. Our sales rep was knowledgeable about the car and its features. The negotiation process felt fair, and the financing went smoothly (we went in with a plan and pre-approval so it was easy). Overall, we had a good experience at Toyota of Cedar Park.

My experience was the best i have ever had buying a used car. I will definitely be sending any friends to this dealership for a vehicle.

Zeke was great, but the manager, Taylor, was the worst. I probably would have purchased a vehicle if it wasn't for Taylor's terrible communication. He was very pushy and aggressive and ruined the buying experience. Also, they were not open about pricing on the cars. When I wanted to look at their Tesla inventory, they would only show me one case at a time and they wouldn't tell me the price when I asked. A very odd experience.
