The car was advertised on CarGurus as including shipping to my town. The dealer said that information was wrong and said they didn’t know how it was advertised as such. They not only expected me to arrange shipping, but to pay the estimated cost of $800, which I had to get a quote for. Cars from their dealership are still advertised on CarGurus as including shipping to my town. Very deceptive.

Having purchased maybe 20 cars for personal and business in my life so far, I can honestly say that Tri-County Lexus was the worst dealership that I have ever worked with. Initial purchase was fine, but like so many other reviewers have stated, the follow up is a disaster. I would never purchase a car from these guys again. So disorganized, no plates, still no key I was promised, and being bounced from place to place. They own the Toyota dealership across the highway and don't seem to understand why people would rather buy a Lexus. If you speak to a manager like I did, follow up calls result in surly responses from the phone receptionists. They will also tell you different stories talking themselves into confusion with their own lies. Glad I called from my offices recorded line! Stay away from these guys. They are a joke.
