Horrible not a good experience at all - I was so excited about this car but Lexus of Winter Park dealership couldn’t transfer the title to me . They really screwed up! They wasted my time and a ton of added miles to my vehicle that I am trading in. They should have never posted this vehicle for sale yet. I had to drive my trade in vehicle home over 2hrs away and return on Monday but that wasn’t true only to be told maybe Friday . I spoke to the GM Devon hoping he could help with my concerns only for him to state that they don’t give out loaners and DMV is closed on Sundays ! They don’t care the customers concerns. All I was asking for was a loaner vehicle until they settled the title issue bc driving my vehicle is a concern if I have an accident. I was almost t-boned on Monday coming home from work but the GM didn’t care about my concerns so this deal was cancelled . I had to drive back to Winter Park on Wednesday to get my stuff out of car and give back the key.

Everyone at the dealer was courteous and professional. Even though we purchased a non-Lexus they were very helpful and I would definitely consider them for any future car purchases.
