I first inquired about a vehicle listed on CarGurus. Response from Lexus of Brookfield came back rather quickly with a great price point - better than listed on CG - yay!! 2 hours later as I inquired more, it came up the vehicle was sold/spoken for. 2 days later, someone else from LoB sent me a video about the vehicle I inquired about and trying to sell it to me. What?! So I clarified if the vehicle was available, then the first rep came back and confirmed no it's not. Quite frustrating the inconsistent communication- especially from a LUXURY brand. I had no desire to do business with LoB after this experience and chose to purchase a different brand altogether.
