I went in twice and had to look for someone to help me. I felt non-important since I was looking to buy a used car. Car had some issues that they were not willing to look into. No one even responded when I told them why I was not going to purchase unless they looked into the issue. Now, a week later, the car has been reduced by over 1K

I had submitted an online request for information on a used Lexus to which Nick DeSimone responded. We went in on July 4th and Nick met us. He asked questions to determine what we were interested in and then had the closest matches brought up front for us to test drive. His many years in auto industry proved his knowledge during the test drive. He pointed out all the special features and showed us the electronic functions. He spent time with us and was very patient and helpful.
