Concesionarios de Lexus cercanos (Auburn, CA)

I was working with yaro the Internet manager. While he tried to reply to every emails in a friendly manner" by saying I hope your having a great day" I had to call him because he wouldn't answer my specific questions in the emails. Then when I called he put me on hold. Then never return and said the salesman we were working with "Boris " would give me a call back. It's been a week since we looked at the vehicle and no call back or email communication from him or anyone else. Poor communication and customer service from this dealership. Would have liked to buy the car.

I totally understand they get busy, but there's a disconnect between car gurus and Lexus. I made an appointment for a particular day and time I showed up and they didn't know where the car was or even that he got sold. They had to ask each other and they just threw up the shoulders like well nothing we can do type of vibe so I left and got a car somewhere else, but it would've been nice if I was communicated with and just letting you know the car is not available no more but the waste of my time and energy, especially if you have people attempting to look at the car communicate better, but I will not be back
