I am giving the experience one star because there was little integrity shown throughout the purchase of the vehicle. The vehicle's condition was not transparently communicated. Also, the interior was not cleaned, and it reeks of smoke. Except for the financial manager, nobody else demonstrated any empathy. Beware, especially if you are not wealthy, buying a used car from them.
