Very down to earth people made me feel so comfortable told me all the features on the car I was so happy that I drove 4 hours there and 4 hours back just to pick it up because I could tell the type of people I was going to be dealing with at this dealership so kind and patient explaining everything in detail took a nice test drive great price help me with financing and my car insurance thank you so much I will not go to a different dealership again.

Buyer beware. On one of these listings this car is said to have a clean Carfax. That is not the case. This car has been in 3 accidents. Look at the autocheck and Carfax and the title history. That's why it is so cheap. It has been damaged. It took them days to respond to me and they are selling a faulty car. Just be careful people.

The vehicle was exactly as described. I went to the dealership and worked with Cody Taylor and the sales manager Brad. Both were great. Cody took the time to explain all of the features on this specific vehicle. We took it for a good test drive where I could evaluate the vehicle. I think I received a very fair deal with Albany Toyota and would recommend them. Especially Cody Taylor. He is a very nice young man.. there are a few minor things that the dealership is going to take care of in the near future. It's appreciated how well Cody has communicated with me.

Unfortunately the SUV I went to look at had an issue with it that prevented me from buying it. The sales person immediately revealed this to me and tried to fit another vehicle which did not work out. Even though we could not make a deal the experience was very positive and I would not hesitate to buy a vehicle from them in the future.
