I spoke to Frank Covello the day before I could see the car. I was willing to drive the 200 miles but needed to be sure it would be available prior to making the drive. Frank stated he would set it aside and assured me that it would be available. He also set me up with Justin Waggoner as he wasn’t scheduled to work the next day. The car was there as promised. Justin was a great person to deal with and made the buying experience as good as it possibly could be. I drove the distance because they had no hidden fees and what fees they had were extremely reasonable. Can’t say the same for the other dealers I visited. Also, the car exceeded my expectations. The car was competitively priced, if not cheaper with lower miles and more features. I was not a fan of the finance portion as it’s the dealers chance to upsell. That’s always the case but it’s exhausting. I had great interactions with all the staff I came into contact with. I would absolutely buy from them again.

I filled out application. No one contacted me. I called twice and no one wanted to help. I was told they were busy and someone would call back but no one did. I came in and I was met with unhelpful staff as well. No one wanted to help in person either. Pricing wasn't clear. When we asked for help on pricing we werent helped, just told to look online. That made us leave and buy from another dealership.
