The book value of the vehicle $6500 the car was listed for $7900, when we spoke about the realistic of the pricing the owner told us he needs to eat food. The had missing parts from the fog light, when asked to adjust the price owner refuse to change price on vehicle, after walking away from the bargaining table, we were called to return to so they can work a offer with us, we never return it was frustrating trying to workout a deal. So we did not return.

Ran my credit and then told me the online price wasn’t really the price, it was $5000 dollars more, that was the price after 5K down. Also told me the delivery fee I agreed to online wasn’t really the price, should expect at least 2x3 times more.

Buyers, please be aware of the unprofessionalism of this dealership. After I arrived from a 2 hour drive, the vehicle was completely under snow. This is after a confirmed appt in which I was told I could test drive the car. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and just plain bad business.

The whole process from beginning to end is typical of buying a truck. The only hiccup was the truck had a recall that prevented us driving it home. We did eventually get it Friday (purchased Monday). Overall a very pleasant experience.

Terrible Service. Entire staff that I encountered was either not helpful, rude or arrogant. I bought my car elsewhere at a nearby dealership in valley stream & paid more which was fine because i was treated better
