I told them what I could afford on the monthly payment for the truck and they came back with this ridiculously high monthly payment that I couldn't afford monthly on the truck and they try to low ball me on my trade in I was only $100.00 away from sealing the deal on the truck and driving away with it but they wouldn't work with me on the payment process as far as going down on the price of the truck monthly payment.

Although i did not buy from them, while i was looking, they kept in good contact with me and they were not pushy.

Contacted them about a truck they had advertised, they were very prompt on answering my questions and sending me the information that I requested. Very friendly staff. I worked with James on this truck and I am planning on going to the dealership today to look at the truck, and possibly buy it.

I would avoid this dealership at all costs! They were dodgy from the first phone call, and during my initial conversation with the "internet manager" he became defensive, rude, and told me that, "We have the best prices in the state and 8 other people are looking at the car if you aren't interested." Apparently he doesn't like people asking too many questions. They wouldn't provide a transparent OTD cost to me, and instead emailed me a fake non-binding Worker's Order when I asked for a legally binding, transparent Buyer's Order. Even when I said I wasn't interested, I was bombarded with phone calls, texts and emails from him and at least 3 other people to where I had to block them, as when I didn't answer their call they would just hang up and call right back again. Run, don't walk. Most likely the car I was interested in has some major mechanical issues and they are desperate to unload it. Maybe they can stalk and harass one of those 8 other buyers instead of me.

Bauti was very informative. I originally looked at a Lexus GS 350, then returned to look at the Lexus ES 350. When Imminent ready I'll definitely keep this dealership in mind.
