Michael was extremely helpful and knowledgeable he took time to communicate with me on several occasions.

The dealer made cosmetic improvements to this 2013 Nessan Juke, and also had their mechanic install front suspension. Their mechanic did it badly and it had to be redone. The whole front end shakes. My mechanic then discovered medal on medal breaks had to be replaced, the oil was low and black. The problems kept getting worse including having to remove and reinstall the front suspension. I am still paying for my mistake trusting owner, Harith Alzuwaini "Zee", at Selective Motors. The saying "buyer beware" was invented for doing business with this dealership. Double verify with your own mechanic anything they say. It is likely to not be exactly true.

No clear communication, and I submitted my information to see if I qualify for financing and now noone answers the phone and I have no idea how it went but it did get run on my credit:/

I hate to leave a bad review, but this auto shop was not truthful with me. With the knowledge that I was driving 6 hours to purchase the vehicle, they still lied to be about mechanical and cosmetic issues. When I pointed out side wall damage on the tire they accused me of damaging the vehicle. They let me test drive a car with a failing tire. It is genuinely dangerous and I could’ve been seriously hurt. They also admitted that they are over charging for their vehicles. I would not suggest purchasing any vehicle from this dealership.

I will never contact them again. They ran my credit multiple times dropping the score down and didn't even call me back to say whether or not I was approved. I had to call and ask someone about it. My salesman wouldn't even talk to me. He was too busy with others. I am very disappointed in their customer service.

This was an out of state purchase so while everyone was friendly, responsive and helpful it was also a little casual at times and I would have preferred more definitive nailed down communication about what was being done and when….how materials were mailed, etc.
