It was a horrible experience! In fact… we drove 2 hours each way for a vehicle that had already been SOLD. They ran me through the process and wasted time our time, NO Negotiation from the financial plans… found out hours later they sold then car. I believe it as spoken for before we even got there! They are all liars and suck…

My experience was frustrating due to the lack of real communication. Everything was automated or handled by an AI bot, leaving me feeling disconnected. Unfortunately, the sales representative, Danill, displayed little in the way of sales or customer service skills, which only added to my dissatisfaction.

I would highly recommend EMC to anyone shopping for a high-end, lightly used car. The customer experience, here, is so much more enjoyable than the typical car-buying experience. Matt was very communicative and patient with my questions over the phone. When I arrived to look at the car in person, it was parked outside and was spotless. Perhaps the best part of the whole experience was that there was a total lack of pressure to buy. My visit with Matt was relaxed, professional but friendly, and actually enjoyable. (Something I've never said about any other car dealer.) I purchased the car and have made a few follow-up calls to ask some questions and Matt and Milan have treated me as though I've been a client that they've had for years. This is how the car-buying experience should be.

Bad Experience , Made me wait for more than 30 min , and when i was about to leave they stopped me and showed me the Van , the van was in very bad conditions mechanical with the changing shifts , probably transmission and when i told them about it they told me it was a normal i told them i drove another one 2hr ago , they told me go get the other one just like that.
