Very non professional staff. I sent all my information to them prior to arriving and thoroughly explained what my situation was and what was needed to make the deal work. I was assured that it wouldn't be an issue and that there was already a pending approval. When I arrived I was told the rep I was working with called out and found that they hadn't even run the credit report before I got there. Then the terms that I laid out were totally disregarded. If you're a prospective buyer stayvfar away from these guys.
