Poor service. I sent a message with a specific question and I received a preprinted type reply asking when I would like to have a test drive and whether I would be trading in a car. I live in a different state and had asked for a couple other views of the car and had a specific question and it seemed that she never actually read my note but just sent a standard reply. A few days later I sent her another note. Then I got a replay a few days later from Gurus that the care was sold, then finally I got a message from the dealership that it was sold. Overall poor service.
