The staff was professional and kept me informed. Unfortunately for me the vehicle did get sold, as the vehicle was priced at a very good price.

In 2021, I bought a Kia Sportsge 2021. It was a good car until I got a totaled accident. I returned to this dealership as a returning-customer but the way they treated me like trash. They refused to help me to get extended warranty refund, they told me at the end of the day that the car that I would like to test drive was sold but clearly, it was still on the lot, on the CarGurus, Cars.com, or any website selling car. And be careful with the tire because they installed 4 different type of tires.

I had a mixed experience with this dealership. My initial contact was not great—I felt like I was more of a hassle than a valued customer, and I didn’t receive a response for about two days. However, when they followed up, I was connected with a different salesperson who was terrific. They were professional, responsive, and made the actual purchase process much smoother. The finance process did take quite a while, which was a bit frustrating. Since I purchased the vehicle out of state, the original documents needed to be mailed to my state’s MVD. I requested a tracking number but have yet to receive confirmation that the documents were sent. Each time I call, I’m told it will be taken care of, but I still haven’t received any update. Overall, while the sales experience improved significantly after the initial contact, the follow-through and communication—especially regarding important documents—needs improvement.

No one contacted me!!

Experience was great. Communicated with Chris Taylor prior to visit to set up an appt time. Was available on the time discussed when we arrived. Showed us the exact vehicle we discussed prior which is why we went. Test drove and was very knowledge and helpful throughout the process. Price was well communicated and agreed to terms I was good with. Would come again if I’m in the need of another vehicle.

The SUV was not available at the time of arrival but sales person said it was ready when we called. We got to the dealership and the Sportage was in a terrible condition inside out. We left from there and made another purchased somewhere else, but sales person kept calling and texting even though we said we already made a purchase, he said for us to go back and trade in the new purchase (what a joke). Sorry we didn't appreciate that so that's why is a low score!

They ran my credit and since they did, it has been a nightmare to get them to communicate with me, zero communication, is the most unprofessional dealer i ever dealt with! They do not care about closing the deal which is really appalling to me.

Good communication

Most our communications were done over the phone via calls or text. All the staff were honest kind and helpful. We even ended up getting better financing through Citrus Ford than our credit union. We only spent around 1 hour at the dealership test driving the truck and signing our paperwork. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from these great folks again !
