The price was decreased and I sent a message to contact the dealer thru CarGurus. The price on CarGurus then went up several thousand dollars the next day. I was contacted by a sales assistant who was very nice and said I would hear from a sales member to confirm the price. Never heard back. Seemed to be a drop in price to just get a contact and then raised the price back up. Disappointed and waste of time for both of us.

My overall experience out of 5 stars started out as 4. Saritza was very professional and helpful. Mike in Finance was great. Love his conversation. My exerpeince took a negative turn from 4 to a 2 because the service manager blew me off after I notice a crack in the windshield and he told me that " your insurance will cover it". I was not happy at all. I drove 4 hours over 250 miles. The papers wer signed the deal was made and I flet slighted because I was headed back home. I had the pleasure to meet the Tim the GM and should have made him awar on the spot but I will definitely make him aware in writing. NEVER BUY a car at a dealership that don't specialize in the car you desire. I didnt wish to buy a KIA!!!!!
