In 2021, I bought a Kia Sportsge 2021. It was a good car until I got a totaled accident. I returned to this dealership as a returning-customer but the way they treated me like trash. They refused to help me to get extended warranty refund, they told me at the end of the day that the car that I would like to test drive was sold but clearly, it was still on the lot, on the CarGurus, Cars.com, or any website selling car. And be careful with the tire because they installed 4 different type of tires.

I had a mixed experience with this dealership. My initial contact was not great—I felt like I was more of a hassle than a valued customer, and I didn’t receive a response for about two days. However, when they followed up, I was connected with a different salesperson who was terrific. They were professional, responsive, and made the actual purchase process much smoother. The finance process did take quite a while, which was a bit frustrating. Since I purchased the vehicle out of state, the original documents needed to be mailed to my state’s MVD. I requested a tracking number but have yet to receive confirmation that the documents were sent. Each time I call, I’m told it will be taken care of, but I still haven’t received any update. Overall, while the sales experience improved significantly after the initial contact, the follow-through and communication—especially regarding important documents—needs improvement.

Do not buy from Harbor Garden Grove Kia. They tried to rip me off with extremely high pricing. They quoted me $49,000 for a new EX, and they were not willing to negotiate or make any deals at all. It seems like this dealership prefers to hold onto their cars instead of offering fair prices, which may be why they have so much inventory sitting on the lot. I decided to go to Kia of Van Nuys instead, and I was able to purchase the same vehicle for almost $5,000 less. That shows how overpriced Harbor Garden Grove Kia really is. I strongly recommend that people shop around before buying from this dealership. In my experience, the pricing was unreasonable and the customer service was not helpful. Be careful and compare prices with other Kia dealerships before making a decision.

Average dealer nothing special to get me over there to buy a used Honda Odyssey Touring. I have never purchased a used vehicle. Reason is so I can get my tennis equipment, bikes, and pet trailer. I like the fact if they bothered to take time to ask me simple questions instead of thinking they’ll wait until I show up on their lot. No I buy from people not always price. Used car I was looking at is 10 years old. So Not gonna worry there are tons out there. The connection was not very poor.

Great dealer, I’ll prob go back and buy a Stinger, the only thing I’d tell people to pay attention to is a security system they add at your cost, I wasn’t told till the very end where they added it to the total, I refused to pay it and we worked it out but I wish had told me before I went.

The SUV was not available at the time of arrival but sales person said it was ready when we called. We got to the dealership and the Sportage was in a terrible condition inside out. We left from there and made another purchased somewhere else, but sales person kept calling and texting even though we said we already made a purchase, he said for us to go back and trade in the new purchase (what a joke). Sorry we didn't appreciate that so that's why is a low score!
