The KIA have 4 yrs used $600.oo without car insurance. So with car insurance up to $725.oo too much for a 4 yrs. make car and 89,000 mileage, at this time that car goes to 5 yrs. Too much , too much. My daughter in PR pay for a 2026 KIA Sportage $848.00 with car insurance and 0 DP and a lot of features , 148.oo more. So, this Carnival is over price.

Beyond disappointed, I told the salesman that I would pay for the car over the phone didn’t call me until the next day and the car was already sold very unprofessional

Car was dirty, very dirty for the drive …. While test-driving the vehicle and expressing interest in purchasing it for my daughter, the salesperson informed me of the $28k price tag. When I inquired about the possibility of negotiating the price, I was met with a firm refusal. Upon returning home, I discovered that the car had been listed for $26k, leaving me feeling somewhat disheartened by this turn of events.

Many sales personnel initially responded but very poor follow up. Poor communication to finally discover the car was sold out of state.

I went in for a specific vehicle and keep in mind I spoke with the salesman throughout the week. However, I get there on my appointed time just for them to tell me the vehicle was not there. A salesman took the Mercedes for a family emergency. Then drove up in a Toyota Highlander. I was upset because this was unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time and my specific request. I had driven over an hour and rented a turo which cost me time and money. I left unhappy and without a vehicle.

Don't deal with this dealership. They USE deception. Bait and switch. How? They list a vehicle for a price of "X". BUT, when you ask, "What's the out the door price?", "X" becomes "X+Y". The car that I was looking into buying from them WENT UP over 3500.00, for the "out the door price". And when I brought this to their attention, "that the price went up OVER 15%, when I asked for the "out the door price", I was actually INSULTED and treated horribly. This is the honest to God truth. DO NOT BUY from these bait and switch deceivers.
