Salesman George was outstanding. It took much to long from the time we agreed on the sale to the time we were driving off the lot with our new van. The financing paper process was the problem.

Was never given the information I requested towards making a decision on purchasing the vehicle I did get a lot of call and emails inviting me to come text drive when I was very clear that I wasn't going to visit the dealer unless an otd offer was presented to me before. Then I was explaining how complex that was when in reality it isn't but what they want is to make you come in so they can work their magic instead of presenting an otd offer

Salesman that we talked to and set up a testdrive with was not available or even onsite for our testsrive appointment

0 Stars really. We were out of state buyers. Negotiated a deal Sunday afternoon on a certified pre-owned Kia. Then was told, the GM has to approve it but he's not in until Monday. Ok, that was fine. The catch - if someone local walks in and wants to buy the car, sorry, you're out of luck. This is despite having agreed to the price out the door and shared personal identifiable information already - licenses and insurance. The person that came in Sunday decided to come Wednesday to see if they wanted to buy the car. Fast forward to Monday morning, we called first thing, and were told the GM wasn't in, but our deal would be the first thing on his desk. In the meantime, another interested buyer walked in and started the paperwork on the car and we were told to wait and see - AFTER ALREADY NEGOTIATING A DEAL ON THE VEHICLE AND SENDING OUR INFORMATION OVER! Well that person ended up buying the car, and we were told sorry, you lost it. I'm a lawyer, and I've never seen a deal made this way.

Do not engage with Mitch for any of your car purchase. He has very low energy and not engaging at all. He has extremely poor communication skills and customer service. He refused to share information and just presented a very high price on the back of his business card with no intention to negotiate. He didn't even offer a place to sit. This reflected poorly on the dealership since they should vet their salesperson to engage better with customers. Mitch evoked a very negative reaction from us and was clearly admonished in front of other customers, though this reaction was not intentional, but the level of interaction provoked it. The sales manager intervened immediately to do damage control by first offering somewhere to sit, water and chips and offered a different salesperson, Artur, who presented 100% different. He was more personable and engaging and we ended up closing the deal with him. We should have received more discounts b/c of this experience, but lesson learned.
